Characters: Chihiro Ogino! Contribution: FOR VARIOUS REASONS as Chihiro is getting more in touch with the Dreamscape, she's going to be responding to the scarring shown on the manmade structure of the base itself by talking with Annabeth and ultimately getting involved with grafting coral, kelp, and anything else living and growing into being artistically incorporated into the structure of the base itself as things are rearranged to their new positions. Most of this will be either directly to the base or on latticework in areas where the ability for things to attach to the base structure itself is either difficult or would undermine the sturdiness of the base; she's probably going to have that darn song ear-wigged enough that she'll be humming along to the memory of it as she works.
She'll encourage any of the sealife that wants to investigate (or move in, pray she knows the difference between good and bad neighbors), and based on Annabeth's suggestion she'll also be asking for URSULA to hire her as an Official Underwater Gardener (don't worry she has zero experience at this at all) and will be looking to watch how both the Dreamscape and the reality of the waking... scape... respond to the exterior natural improvement.
