> One quickly obvious thing is how many storms are still lingering in the areas around the base. While the weather has only been cloudy or generally pleasant, the hurricanes can still be seen to the east, absolutely massive in size and taking up large parts of the horizon once close enough. The south, too, has large storms unlike anything seen on Earth. These storms are the result of having little landmasses to break them up and hot temperatures mixing with cooler waters down below.

> The north and west are the most viable options for exploration.

> They will discover one very interesting thing about the planet's defense mechanisms. Four hours of flight at their top speed will trigger the planet's defenses in the form of the Pulse. This pulse registers threats via different, currently unknown parameters but they have, lucky them, discovered one.

> It seems as if that kind of movement activates attention. If either of them brings this connection up to others or compares it to records, they may find similarities between their experience and accounts of the space ships that have been shot out of Iniidae's skies. It would be worth investigating (likely with some safety precautions) the exact trigger.

> The Pulse feels draining more than anything. It isn't painful in the sense of being punched or stabbed but more like a sudden, deep exhaustion the likes of which will force them to come down to a nearby island.

> Their powers are mostly intact, however, and will return as they rest up on the island, so never fear!

> They will discover, however, something very unique about this island, which is that it is actually a spaceship wreck that has been terraformed. It was certainly a massive ship that dwarfs even the Aurora in size. It is likely at least fifteen miles in length. The entire thing has been turned into a another jungle island.

> Of course there's plenty of creatures around, who are mostly friendly enough. They won't attack at least unless they're given a reason to and will respond well to any food or vegetation given to them.

> They can either find it on their own or follow the guidance of some of the creatures living within the ship area itself to find the body of a woman named Mimi Yun according to a datapad beside her. The corpse isn't a pretty sight from the animals and the temperatures. It looks as though she'd been able to live there for some time judging from the camp like area around her.

> There is no obvious reason for her death.

> The pad continues a series of numbers and what looks like unfinished programming codes. According to the diary entry, she was trying to turn ISHMAEL off.

> After this, they'll be able to return to the base.
