It's okay you're just a pro at hiatusing.

> For kelp paper, it is indeed possible to make! It's the same process as making regular paper, meaning the parts of the seaweed/kelp need to be cut up into small pieces, blended into a slurry mixture and then pressed in a frame.

> For this you'll need a caustic but luckily sodium carbonate can be found in the lab! Mix the caustic with the cut up kelp or seaweed, boil it for a few hours and then rinse the pieces before proceeding to the blender step.

> The paper will be a little thin and translucent but strong which is what matters!

> For marshmallows, there's good news and bad news. The good news is gelatin is easy to make, if a little gross, and makes making marshmallows easy. The bad news is that if you don't want to use gelatin, the substitutes aren't as readily available.

> Agar agar can be made from boiling and then crushing an algae mixture. Algae is easy enough to find but a pain to gather.

> The sugar, meanwhile, can be made from the 'pearls' of the clams Chihiro found. You can even blend them down into a fine powder for that authentic dusting on the outside that everyone loves!

> Finally corn syrup can be made from, well, corn. Which, luckily, we have. If you wish to substitute, there's always more sugar and flavoring.

> On the bright side, the failures from making them will probably still taste great.

> Onto the case of three missing people! Of course they're able to send out a quick, "we're fine"! That's perfectly fine. They just happen to be very far away and lost.

> The island is another jungle island. This one seems to be populated by fruiting trees of various types. All these fruits can be brought back and planted at the farm.

> Almost all the fruits are not only edible but delicious! Most are especially sweet. Some have thick, meaty flesh that can be very filling as well. The fruits range from hard shells and spiked outsides to small berries and tender, juicy plants. No one has to worry about going hungry here.

> The plants are mostly average and not particularly noteworthy but one bleeds acid when cut. The acid is powerful enough to make someone bleed, so it's probably good to still take some precautions.

> Numerous animals inhabit the island as well. Land Sharks seem to be the most prevalent species, living isolated lives outside of hunting. They can be trained, however, if anyone has interest in that. They make fine and loyal hunting hounds.

> While ugly, these Fruit Flyers are harmless. They swarm various fruit trees and grow to be about three feet long. They're attracted to bright colors, so do be careful.

> The Candy Beak really loves fruit. A lot. Good thing it lives here, right? But it's a bit like a very aggressive seagull in that it has no qualms stealing fruit from your hands or even fighting you over fruit. Feeding one that's staring at you is a mistake as they'll all coming flying down waiting to be fed. They get quite impatient if not fed. Again, they're aggressive seagulls.
