Absolutely! Sorry about that! I wasn't sure whether or not this was even important/relevant enough to reply at all, but I wasn't positive.

Rose can't make costumes, and her pumpkin carving would be disastrous (she'll give it a shot, though) but I was thinking she'll help out most with hanging decorations up. An excessive amount. So excessive that nobody can walk into a room without seeing a pumpkin or a ghost or a black cat or anything else Halloweeny on every wall. Orange and purple and black streamers everywhere. This base will be gaudy as hell. I'm sure she can recruit some people to help (that'd be done OOCly) but yeah she's going to go a little over the top with getting the base into the Halloween spirit! Or something.

As for where she is going to get all those decorations, that's.... still up in the air...
