AUGUST ACTIVITY CHECK It's AC time! Please respond to this post by AUGUST 31st, 11:59 PM EST with your threads. All comments must be between AUGUST 1ST - AUGUST 31ST; this means that COMMENTS DURING THE AC PERIOD COUNT FOR AC. If you have any questions about AC, please comment on this post or PM the mod account.

NOTE FOR NEW CHARACTERS: If your character has been here for less than three weeks, then you are not required to meet AC and need only check in. However, as we use this for writing the monthly post, if your character has contributed anything, big or small, please link the thread here.

• One show of contribution (i.e. engagement with the setting) which can be any of the previous two threads or its own separate thread

CHARACTER NAME: Hajime Ichinose

SHOW OF ENGAGEMENT:
- Decorated the base in the linked thread above.
- Gave Valentine a blood sample to help study the illness.
- Attempted to save food and other helpful appliances when the coral struck the kitchen.
- She's also continuously making clothing for people on base? This one is a thing that will be constant every month, so. Including making outfits for a volleyball game and for the cooking contest.
- Welcomed a whole lot of newbies. I'm too lazy to link all of these.
- Also helped take care of the sick people.


CHARACTER NAME: Karkat Vantas
THREAD #1: 8/04 (100+)
SHOW OF ENGAGEMENT:
- Taught everyone about quadrants in the linked thread. I'm sorry.
- Made a deal with URSULA to help her with her shipping chart.
- Went to the Monolith to do coding since he got banned from URSULA's. Accidentally turned the ship into a giant disco light. He also fixed the healing life pods, which restored access to the dreamscape. Also discovered a new biome, the underwater islands. Somehow. SHRUGS.
- Went exploring with Rin and found some (uesless) items and also more scrap metal for the base.
- Chara and he went to check out the dreamscape. This is still ongoing so idk how it turned out yet? Will probably come back to this one once I get more info.
- Suggested the best design ever for URSULA with Rin.
- Explored the underwater islands. Found a datapad that gave more info on the Kharaa and mumble mumble things about turning the planet into a weapon blah.
- Asked URSULA and Naoko about the war.
- Also welcomed a bunch of new people and I am 2 lazy to link.
- And also x2 combo, took care of sick people and/or yelled at them to stop doing stupid things while sick.
