Hello, subnauts (subnauticians???)! I'm Auste and I'm 100% new meat. I bring Kay Faraday, one of those hyper plucky teenage girls from that video game series with the lawyers and all the yelling and updated autopsy reports. Ace Attorney, das ryt.

Kay is Miles Edgeworth's self-proclaimed assistant and a ridiculous dork who calls herself the Great Thief Yatagarasu . Yet she only claims to steal the truth. She has a crazy imagination, likes to make jokes about stealing stuff and puns, and you just don't know when she's REALLY being serious. But make no mistake, she has a pretty strong sense of justice, is always ready to help, and is a happy ball of sunshine with a few daddy issues underneath. Her canon point is post-Ace Attorney Investigations 2 so let me know if you don't want spoilers for that game! Don't worry, she's not a walking spoiler.

I'm Aly and I have far too much energy for 2:30 am-- I mean, here I'm bringing Tytree Crowe (truly pronounced more like "tea tray" than "tie-tree," despite the spelling) from Tales of Rebirth! Since he comes from one of those pesky unlocalized Tales of games, I'll break it down real simple:



Tytree's a pretty simple, self-proclaimed country bumpkin who just wants everyone to get along. But he's also intense and hot-blooded, kind of a dummy... and he probably wants to cook for you? He's a pretty outgoing and friendly guy, he's ready to decide people are his friends without their consent and be the JRPG protag he definitely isn't, because he's the second banana.

anyway HELLO FOLKS!! the name's Eon, and I'm bringing with me one Charles-Henri Sanson from that one money sink called Fate/Grand Order.

He's kinda a chill and reserved guy who generally lurks a lot until he finds something that he can help with. Amazingly he does not fall into the white hair black heart trope - but he killed a lot of people due to being an executioner in the French Revolution, so if your character studies history... they'll probably know of him as the guy who lopped off King Louis and Marie Antoinette's head. (okay it wasn't really him, it was his son, but nasu kinda twists history to tell their story better so yeah. vague hand motions.) BUT occupation aside, he's also a doctor who likes to read, which means he's likely to stitch up your character very carefully if need be.

Also, he can't smile without it turning into a slasher smile. I think he needs intervention.

Mao seems like your typical little kid half the time with his cutesy attitude, energetic nature, and endearing songs, but really he's not quite as innocent as kids tend to be. He likes to exploit weaknesses with ridiculous lies, keeps up with any of the adults in the group when it comes to serious matters, and he's kind of been through a lot more than he lets on. Donatello here is one of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which is basically a fancy way of saying that he's a green guy that hits things with a stick and goes on wacky adventures with his brothers. He makes stuff out of garbage and gives it all silly turtle-themed names and generally is a gigantic dork. He wants to learn everything seriously teach him about all the things in your worlds though he's going to be nervous about the more dissect-y looking types. Please do not dissect him. He is not used to being around so many humans, but he is used to being on alien planets, which is probably exactly the opposite of most of the people here on Iniidae.

This is Yarne! He's from that one Fire Emblem game where instead of picking Ally or Betray you just sort of flail around helplessly and watch children travel through time and do most of the work for you. He's a Taguel, the """last""" of his kind, and because of that he's sort of terrified of going extinct. What does this mean for you? Well, he's a man-rabbit, basically, and he's soft to touch even when he's not transforming into a beast! go on, try it! He's an excitable young man, prone to hiding and then yelling about how no one understands him. Naturally, being stuck underwater will be a little terrifying, but he'll get over it with the power of Friendship and Teamwork. Probably. If not, at least someone will end up with a lucky rabbit's foot.

I was actually planning on apping in on the third round, but seeing how welcoming the ooc intro post was, I was enticed to slam down a last minute app. I will be playing Elize Lutus from Tales of Xillia, the first game! Elize is a twelve-year-old girl and talented spirit channeler (a mage, pretty much). Until the main protags of the game come by, become her friend, and take her on their journey. And Jude starts thinking of dumping off to some random loving family. WOW. BUT SHE'S PAST THAT IN HER CANON POINT BY NOW, DON'T WORRY. She doesn't have much experience interacting with others and can come off as shy/awkward/scared/childish... she's still learning! Hello, hello! I'm Ara, and I am brand new and bringing in Hotaru Tomoe from Sailor Moon! The 1990s anime version. Hotaru is a kind but lonely girl who would like friends. So what if she also comes possessed by some evil entity who wants to collect pure heart crystals and bring Silence to the world? She doesn't know that personally. She only knows she's prone to fits and loses consciousness sometimes and wakes up to find out she might have hurt someone without knowing. Who cares if she's the reincarnation of Sailor Saturn and has the power to destroy worlds? She doesn't because she also doesn't know that little tidbit.

She can also heal minor and superficial physical wounds. That's a plus, right? Even if people back home find her creepy for it. She just wants to be of help and not be ostracized. Is that too much to ask for? She's pulled from a point before either Mistress 9 or Sailor Saturn are fully awakened, so there will only be little bursts of random creepiness strangeness. Don't hold it against her—or do.

If anyone's familiar with Trigun, the same guy made this series, which is why it's batshit crazy and features New York getting over run with aliens and becoming some kind of Chulthuesque hub (including anime versions of the scientists from Pacific Rim, SOMEONE'S A FANBOY), "invisible werewolves" and people manifesting weapons out of their blood to fight with. I LITERALLY CAN'T MAKE THIS UP. BECAUSE NIGHTOW ALREADY DID. It's got a sweet ass ending theme though.

Leo here is the straight man to all this insanity, while he multitasks getting kidnapped, hospitalized, and bullied profusely. He's a pretty nice guy, unless you trigger his hidden salt mine and unleash the salt. He's also very easy to bully. PLEASE BULLY HIM. Aside from that, he has ~~special eyes~~ (which I will have a permissions post up for shortly) that let him SEE THINGS and DO THINGS that mostly won't be relevant. What a special snowflake.
